Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students and families to identify social, emotional, and environmental challenges, utilizing tools and methodologies that promote effective evaluation.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and metrics for progress monitoring according to each client’s needs.

• Provide one-on-one and family counseling to support individuals experiencing difficulties, employing therapeutic techniques that align with trauma-informed care practices.

• Actively collaborate with clients to create tailored service plans that connect them to necessary community resources, ensuring a holistic approach to their well-being.

• Offer crisis intervention, performing risk assessments and safety planning as required to ensure optimal safety and support.

• Work closely with local agencies and service organizations to coordinate care, advocating for the needs of your clients within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
