Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, guiding the formulation of personalized treatment plans.

• Administer therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring our organizational standards of care and ethics are upheld.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to discuss case plans and share critical insights, fostering a comprehensive care environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients who are navigating various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with the ability to customize treatment approaches to fit individual client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop trusting therapeutic relationships and effectively engage with clients.
