Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific needs and goals of patients entering substance use disorder treatment programs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus for this role involves working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, which may include a wide range of substances such as alcohol, opioids, and stimulants. It is crucial to address not only the addiction itself but also the associated mental health challenges that often coexist, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our approach emphasizes a holistic view of recovery, combining individual therapy, group interactions, and family support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Comprehensive understanding of substance use disorders, with a focus on evidence-based treatments and recovery-oriented care.

• Documented experience in delivering both individual and group therapy within addiction treatment contexts, demonstrating effectiveness and adaptability.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
