Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify the specific needs and treatment goals of individuals entering the substance use recovery program.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions through methodologies such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and psychoeducation.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and multidisciplinary team members to create coordinated and effective care plans for each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available.
