Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client’s substance abuse history and related mental health conditions.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals grappling with substance use disorders, many of whom may also experience co-occurring mental health challenges. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients from varied backgrounds is essential, as many of them are on their path to recovery seeking understanding and guidance. You will engage with clients in varying stages of their recovery journey, applying tailored therapeutic strategies to promote resilience and positive coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Proven expertise in addiction counseling through specialized training or significant practical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
