Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately determine each client's mental health needs, employing evidence-based tools and strategies.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Facilitate various therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing interventions that are best suited to the client’s goals.

• Engage actively with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure holistic care and comprehensive treatment solutions for clients.

• Adhere to confidentiality protocols and maintain detailed, compliant client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, such as clinical supervision and case conferences to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, including individuals navigating addiction, emotional crises, trauma, and mental health disorders. Your role will entail not only providing clinical support but also fostering a safe and nurturing environment for clients to share their experiences and challenges. You will play an essential role in trauma intervention efforts, emotional crisis management, and guiding clients at risk of suicide toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
