Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy services primarily focused on working with stable, low-acuity adult clients, particularly those in hospice care.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' physical, mental, and emotional states to inform treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and continuously assess evidence-based treatment plans that utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities.

• Monitor and document client progress over the course of their treatment to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Assist clients in developing tailored coping strategies to manage their symptoms and achieve set personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults who require mental health support within hospice settings. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and unrestricted license in Maryland as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or equivalent, such as LMFT or LPC. Please note that no provisional or disciplinary-action-affected licenses will be accepted.

Compensation and Benefits\n
