Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for both adult and child patients presenting with diverse mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and best practice protocols, ensuring documentation meets medical and legal standards.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings, adapting approaches to meet the varied needs of your clients.

• Engage in case management by facilitating referrals, consultations, and coordination with allied health specialists and psychiatrists, ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress notes, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) to support effective patient treatment strategies.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques when needed, employing effective communication and behavioral management strategies to defuse potentially volatile situations.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate on treatment strategies and review patient progress with fellow counselors and medical staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad range of clients, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our patient population includes both adults and children dealing with issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise will help empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys in a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program, such as MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, or PsyD.

• Possession of an independent mental health license in Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
