Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with clients through scheduled telehealth sessions, providing support to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting approaches based on client needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create cohesive and holistic treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical practices and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
