Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to determine clients’ needs.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals and cultural considerations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including individual, couple, and group therapy sessions.

• Offer crisis intervention services and work alongside a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and case managers to guarantee continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain precise and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, aligned with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge necessary to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Conduct outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjust plans as required.

• Continuously engage in professional development by staying informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health and incorporating them into clinical strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Family and Kids Behavioral Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $84,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
