Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while applying various therapeutic modalities suited for distinct mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, clinical social workers, and psychologists to ensure consistent and holistic care for every individual.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance service quality and establish best practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and empower them with resources and knowledge regarding treatment options and community supports.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania is required.

Preferred Experience\n
