Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients in their home to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement various therapeutic methods including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve functional mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions, treatment responses, and ongoing assessments.
• Adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and progress, focusing on setting achievable therapeutic milestones.
• Advise patients and their families on the use of assistive devices, providing training on how to use these tools effectively for everyday functional tasks.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending workshops, keeping up with current literature, and participating in relevant professional organizations to enhance therapy techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population encompasses individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or rehabilitating from injuries. The diverse range of cases allows for varied therapy sessions where each treatment plan is uniquely tailored to meet the patient's needs and rehabilitative requirements.

Qualifications

• Validity of State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory to practice.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent as a foundational qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and their families as well as with multidisciplinary team members.
• Basic proficiency in computer systems for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in home health or outpatient physical therapy is advantageous but not required.
• Flexibility and adaptability in terms of work hours and environments are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
