Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to shape individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, adapting each approach to suit client's goals and experiences.

• Maintain meticulous records of clinical information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and agency standards, ensuring all patient interactions are documented thoroughly and confidentially.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to discuss case progress and enhance treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
