Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health statuses, enabling you to formulate personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions through encrypted and secure video platforms, ensuring confidentiality and trust while catering to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, providing guidance and support as they navigate their personal journeys toward improved mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Bridgeway, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique challenges in their mental health journeys. Our clients come from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, bringing a richness to the therapeutic process. Your role will involve paying particular attention to the cultural context of each client's experiences and incorporating this understanding into your treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Alternative credentials such as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) are welcome.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with clients in a virtual setting.
