Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups. This includes offering various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses the mental health needs of clients effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client records remain up-to-date and reflective of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will primarily work with diverse populations, encompassing individuals and families who often lack access to mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical counseling context, working directly with patients is mandatory.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical issues in mental health counseling is critical.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
