Key Responsibilities Managing full-cycle payroll within Paylocity, including time collection, deductions, adjustments, and reporting. Serving as the primary resource for employee payroll and benefits questions and issue resolution. Supporting benefits enrollment, eligibility tracking, and coordination with vendors. Assisting HR leadership with audits, system updates, and the rollout of improved processes and compliance practices. Qualifications 2–4+ years of payroll and/or benefits administration experience, ideally supporting a distributed or multi-location workforce. Hands‑on experience with Paylocity or a similar payroll/HCM platform. Strong understanding of payroll accuracy, benefits workflows, and compliance fundamentals. A proactive, solutions‑driven approach and comfort owning processes with minimal oversight. Benefits Base salary and individual and company performance‑based bonuses.
