Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Conduct in-depth client assessments to understand their unique mental health needs and experiences. Design and implement individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques to facilitate client growth. Deliver therapy sessions utilizing a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and client-centered approaches, ensuring that each session is tailored to the client's evolving needs. Utilize behavioral methods to help track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Maintain detailed and compliant client records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure continuity of care. Engage in regular supervision and opportunities for professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participating in case consultations to provide holistic care for clients. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clinical practice will focus on diverse client populations, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. You will work closely with clients to empower them, utilizing therapeutic methodologies that resonate with their personal experiences and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria: A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. A valid state-issued license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members. Basic proficiency with electronic medical record systems is highly desirable. Preferred Experience While the above qualifications are required, additional experiences that will enhance your candidacy include: Experience in providing telehealth services, particularly knowledge of best practices in virtual care delivery.
