Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with students and families experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments and providing therapy tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Take part in community outreach initiatives designed to raise awareness about mental health resources available within the school systems.

• Provide on-call support during assigned periods to address urgent client needs or emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve children and adolescents attending under-resourced schools. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
