Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, addressing their concerns collaboratively.

• Specializing in issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and blended family dynamics.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Participating in regular training and professional development sessions to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will allow you to work with a diverse patient population, including adults and children/adolescents, who experience a wide range of mental health challenges. You will tackle issues such as psychological and physical abuse, job-related stress, communication difficulties, and the impacts of separation or divorce. Your expertise will help clients navigate their unique situations, providing them with the tools and strategies needed for resolution and healing.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
