Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that address the specific needs of your clients, ensuring individualized care through ongoing consultations and revisions as necessary.

• Complete all required documentation promptly, adhering to regulatory standards and upholding the highest level of clinical integrity.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools as guided by your clinical expertise and collaborate with the team to create and revise positive behavior support plans.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the clinic meets all required standards.
\n
• Establish effective communication channels with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to optimize client care and program delivery.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote services and identify funding opportunities for program expansion and enhancement.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings, advocating for mental health initiatives and representing Beverly Wellness Care whenever possible.

• Promote the organizational mission, values, and philosophy within the community while fulfilling additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals with a range of mental health conditions, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and people living with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. You will work closely with each client to develop personalized treatment plans that foster independence and enhance quality of life. Your role is crucial in helping them navigate their challenges and achieve meaningful recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Must possess an independent LMHC license for Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a hire-on bonus, you will also be eligible for monthly productivity bonuses. Our benefits package includes a flexible schedule, generous PTO and sick leave, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 403B retirement plan with a 3% match.
