Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in Child and Family team meetings, contributing to treatment planning discussions, progress reviews, and staff training sessions, ensuring a collaborative approach to client care.

• Conduct thorough client assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that are regularly updated to reflect progress and changes in client needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment strategies, and discharge plans, ensuring compliance with agency and licensing regulations.

• Uphold strict confidentiality standards to protect client privacy and implement best practices for the safety of all client records.

• Utilize diagnostic skills to accurately assess and formulate treatment plans specifically tailored to children and adolescents, employing evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
