Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders both in the office and the community.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that each service aligns with clients' presenting problems and preferences.

• Participating actively as a team member in achieving shared goals, particularly in enhancing service delivery and clinical outcomes.

• Monitoring client progress through regular meetings, ensuring adherence to admission and discharge criteria, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely completion of documentation, reports, and follow-up tasks to support continuity of care.

• Providing crisis intervention and support as required, utilizing evidence-based strategies to de-escalate situations and provide immediate assistance.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid New York State License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
