Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers with developmental delays to create a clear understanding of their needs.

• Actively engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each plan is tailored to the unique circumstances of families.

• Monitor client progress consistently, collaborating with your multi-disciplinary team to adjust strategies and interventions as necessary.

• Foster relationships with children and their families, offering direct support that encourages optimal developmental outcomes.

• Adhere strictly to Federal and State regulations concerning early intervention services, maintaining compliance in all aspects of your work.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles to design individualized treatment strategies.

• Provide families with insights and skills that empower them to support their child's development effectively.

• Embrace and employ coaching models, focusing on natural environment teaching methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus primarily on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, working closely with their families to deliver personalized support. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
