Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding students' emotional and mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy services using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and appropriate interventions tailored to each student.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other school personnel to coordinate treatment and support for students.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, along with developing safety plans as required to ensure the well-being of students.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to an organized and efficient workflow.

• Facilitate support groups, psychoeducational classes, and group therapy sessions to foster peer support and enhance coping strategies.

Qualifications\n
