Work Environment

This role is performed onsite in patients' homes, ensuring that you provide individualized care in a comfortable and familiar setting. Our modern approaches to therapy emphasize hands-on techniques, coordination with other healthcare providers, and adherence to the latest clinical guidelines. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life routine.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation aligned with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and other therapeutic modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
• Deliver empathetic and professional patient-centered care while ensuring open communication to motivate patients on their recovery paths.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary and keeping patients informed about their improvements.
• Effectively manage your schedule to provide timely appointments while maintaining a high level of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient demographic, encompassing individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, chronic pain conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation. Your role will be critical in guiding patients through their recovery journeys, offering not just physical therapy expertise, but also emotional support and motivation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Active California Physical Therapist license maintained in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Strong foundational knowledge in manual therapy and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), particularly with systems like WebPT.

Preferred Experience

While a Bachelor's Degree is a minimum requirement, preference will be given to candidates with a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, as well as those with advanced certifications in specialized therapy areas. Experience creating tailored rehabilitation plans in home care environments will be particularly valuable.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
