Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients experiencing musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities customized to each patient.
• Educate patients about their conditions and collaborate on home exercise programs designed to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and clinic standards, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with physicians, chiropractors, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population ranging in age and physical activity levels, specifically focusing on those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation is required.

Compensation and Benefits
