Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs through thorough assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that promote effective recovery.
• Select and administer appropriate therapeutic techniques, including manual exercises and use of assistive devices, to facilitate patient healing.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs, ensuring they understand the role of therapeutic activities in their recovery.
• Directly supervise and mentor paraprofessionals, ensuring the delivery of elevated care standards while providing ongoing clinical guidance.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on outcomes and responses observed.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in mentorship programs and serving as a preceptor to new staff as needed.
• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives to measure and enhance treatment effectiveness, while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Rehabilitation Center serves a varied patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, those with neurological conditions, and patients in need of post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Active physical therapy licensure in California, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Master's Degree/Doctorate in Physical Therapy if graduated post-2002.
• Capacity to accommodate the treatment of 4 to 5 patients daily to ensure effective care delivery.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
