Work Environment

The position is onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Yuba City, CA, where you will be part of a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will enjoy a consistent schedule that allows for a work-life balance while engaging in meaningful patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations, followed by the development of personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including manual therapy techniques and innovative exercise regimens to address individual patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving goals and outcomes.
• Educate patients on techniques for preventing injuries and enhancing their health, thereby reducing reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to track progress and document treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population seeking orthopedic rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant field, preferably within outpatient orthopedic settings.

Preferred Experience

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Experience in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with electronic medical records systems like WebPT.
• A demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits
