Work Environment

You will be working in our thoughtfully designed outpatient office, where collaboration and camaraderie among staff are encouraged. Our clinical setting is equipped with modern therapy tools and technologies that facilitate a variety of manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions. The office operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of patients, including a review of medical history and personal goals, to create a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique conditions of each patient, ensuring achievable goals are outlined.
• Guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, explaining treatment protocols and ensuring they are fully engaged and invested in their recovery.
• Employ various therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy and progressive exercise regimens, to effectively address the functional limitations of patients.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care based on observed outcomes and patient feedback.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of services rendered and patient interactions, adhering to legal and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. This includes athletes seeking to regain peak performance and elderly clients aiming for mobility and independence. Our team emphasizes a patient-centered approach to care that aligns with each person's individual goals.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the State of California to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional conduct, evidenced by possessing a clean record with no instances of board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
