Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients, assessing physical conditions and determining appropriate treatment protocols based on assessments.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and the use of advanced modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address pain management and functional restoration, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessment and patient feedback.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises, instructing them on proper techniques and biomechanical principles to enhance recovery while minimizing the risk of reinjury.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of coordinated care, discussing patient progress and modifying strategies as needed.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of each patient's treatment history and progress to adhere to regulatory standards and facilitate continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
