Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our home care facility, you will work onsite in a supportive and collaborative environment designed for optimal patient engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Document clinical notes consistently and accurately in accordance with the organization's policies, ensuring compliance and facilitating effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Provide high-quality, individualized patient care during therapy sessions, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's treatment plan.
• Encourage and motivate patients through clear communication, assisting them in understanding and committing to their therapy goals.
• Utilize time management skills to balance caseloads efficiently, ensuring that each patient receives the attention necessary for effective rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a higher degree from a recognized and accredited institution.

• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is preferred.
