Work Environment

This position is based in our well-equipped outpatient office, where patient interaction is key. As a Physical Therapist, you will engage directly with patients, using modern equipment and therapeutic modalities in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to establish an accurate diagnosis and develop effective physical therapy treatment plans.
• Select and administer appropriate therapeutic exercises and interventions, utilizing manual therapy techniques to promote healing and enhance function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic activities, providing motivation and coaching to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective home exercise programs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of ongoing care instructions.
• Oversee and direct the work of paraprofessionals and support personnel, ensuring treatment is being delivered safely and effectively.
• Monitor patient progress, assess treatment effectiveness, and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Actively participate in mentorship opportunities, serving as a preceptor for new hires and trainees.
• Engage in quality assurance initiatives to uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Twin Mountain, you will work with a varied patient demographic, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, athletes seeking rehabilitation, and adults with chronic pain and mobility issues. Your empathetic approach will foster trusting relationships, enabling effective communication and collaboration to improve patients' health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy licensure in good standing in California.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy for those who graduated before 2002, or a Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy for candidates graduating after 2002.
• Willingness and capability to manage a patient load of four to five patients per day.
• A foundational understanding of the virtual therapy platform and technology tools to support remote patient interactions.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical role, demonstrating a proven ability to plan and execute patient-centered therapies.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Comfortable utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools to enhance care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 based on experience and qualifications.
