Work Environment

This role requires an onsite presence at our Rehabilitation Center, situated in the heart of Yuba City, California. We pride ourselves on offering a supportive and innovative work environment where therapists can utilize their skills effectively. You will work a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life routine. Using cutting-edge equipment and resources, our facility promotes a holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients with various musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Your day-to-day actions will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implementing individualized treatment regimens utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to each patient's needs.
• Providing education to patients about injury prevention strategies and establishing home exercise programs to promote continued recovery.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in accordance with state regulations and clinic standards, ensuring all records reflect up-to-date treatment information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients dealing with orthopedic and sports-related conditions. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes seeking rehabilitation, and patients managing ongoing musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility to obtain one.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or its equivalent.

• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate patient education and empower individuals in their rehabilitation journey.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well both independently and within a team-based environment.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation preferred but not mandatory.
• A proactive approach towards continuing education to stay abreast of the latest treatment methodologies in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
