Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat.

• Utilize evidence-based and solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans to address specific mental health challenges faced by clients.

• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insights into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.

• Continuously monitor client progress against treatment goals, adjusting strategies as necessary, to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Support clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms and strategies for managing stress and adversity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults presenting with low acuity mental health needs, such as anxiety, stress, and mild depression. Your role will be instrumental in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and improve their quality of life through effective counseling practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• You must hold an active and fully independent license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted, and you should have no disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to client welfare are essential.

• Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate digital platforms for telehealth services are necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in a community health setting or working with diverse populations can be advantageous. Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with electronic health record systems will also be beneficial in enhancing your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, based on your chosen work hours and caseload. Additional benefits include:
