ServiceNow Presales & AI Solution Consultant

Job Description

We’re hiring a Senior ServiceNow Presales & AI Solution Consultant to lead solutioning, technical presales, and AI‑powered transformation for enterprise customers across the U.S.

You’ll partner with CIOs/CTOs, sales teams, and ServiceNow stakeholders to shape differentiated solutions, design architectures, run executive workshops, deliver demos, and drive deals from discovery through close.

What You’ll Do

\n
• Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow presales for enterprise opportunities
\n
• Translate business challenges into platform‑wide ServiceNow solutions
\n
• Build architectures, proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, estimates
\n
• Deliver executive‑level workshops and solution presentations
\n
• Demonstrate ServiceNow, Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI‑powered workflows
\n
• Architect AI + ServiceNow solutions (LLMs, RAG, multi‑agent patterns)
\n
• Partner with sales, alliances, and delivery to shape winning deals
\n

What You Bring

\n

\n
• 10+ years IT | 7+ years ServiceNow | 5+ years presales/solutioning
\n
• Deep knowledge across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, SPM, App Engine
\n
• Hands‑on experience with GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, vector DBs
\n
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
\n
• Experience supporting large enterprise deals and complex RFPs
\n
