Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on enhancing clients' mental health and emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of pre-screened, stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. This ensures you will not encounter severely distressed patients, allowing you to focus on those who can benefit from your specialized skills and tailored interventions. Clients are matched to you based on your areas of expertise, ensuring alignment with your professional background and personal preferences.

Qualifications\n

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work , Marriage and Family Therapy , Mental Health Counseling , or Psychology .

• Full independent licensure as a counselor, as evidenced by one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) .

• No limited or provisional licenses, and a clear disciplinary history.
\n
• Strong decision-making capabilities to perform professional evaluations and create effective treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, showing empathy and understanding during client interactions.

• Proficient computer skills to utilize our counseling platform effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, depending on hours worked. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend. We provide direct deposit for weekly pay, ensuring timely compensation for your dedicated work.
