Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and reflects the quality of care provided, ensuring confidentiality and professional standards are upheld.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to create a holistic treatment strategy, drawing upon the collective expertise of the group.

• Participate in ongoing case discussions and peer review meetings to continuously enhance care quality and stay updated on best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on supporting a diverse array of clients, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

• Experience in applying solution-focused therapy techniques to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the individual characteristics and needs of each client.
