Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health status, accurately diagnose conditions, and devise personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapted to meet each client’s specific objectives.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to ensure their well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment resources, and prevention strategies, while advocating for client needs and rights.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
