Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify issues and organize appropriate interventions.

• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments following best practices for electronic health records (EHR).

• Engage in regular case consultations with interdisciplinary teams, coordinating care and discussing client outcomes.

• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulations in mental health counseling, ensuring compliance and high-quality care.

You will work with a diverse client base within the virtual space, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and more. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in establishing rapport and trust, leading clients on their journey towards improved mental health. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent in New York.

• Demonstrated understanding of a range of mental health issues and experience with diverse populations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
