Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to inform individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Your role will involve building therapeutic relationships and fostering trust with clients experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and family dynamics issues, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license in California, either LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience providing mental health counseling to individuals facing emotional challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
