Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Provide brief individual therapy sessions, including Family Recovery Program (FRP) sessions, and monitor clients' clinical progress throughout their treatment.

• Establish rapport and build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams of professionals.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address behavioral health challenges, utilizing an integrated therapeutic approach, particularly for chronic pain and trauma populations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with privacy, health, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare providers to deliver a holistic approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Mindpath, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and children experiencing various mental health challenges. Your focus on relationship dynamics will be essential, as many clients seek therapy to navigate issues related to marriage, parenting, and transitions in their personal lives. Your expertise will guide them towards healthier coping mechanisms and improved communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in providing mental health services in a health-related setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
