Business Process Engineer

To support US Southern Command under the Enhanced Domain Awareness contract, the part-time Business Process Engineer will analyze, design, and implement business processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Analyze and improve business processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs Develop process improvement strategies using data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma Document standard operating procedures and monitor process performance metrics to ensure compliance with company policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Management, or a related field, or a minimum of five years of equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in business process improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence roles Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies Proficiency in business process management tools and data analysis Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
