Mid-Level Corporate Associate (3+ years) | Denver, CO (Hybrid)

A highly regarded, full-service platform with a premier corporate practice in the Denver market is seeking a corporate associate to join a lean team where contribution is visible and rewarded. This is a rare opportunity to be the associate in a specialized practice with hands-on client exposure from day one, direct mentorship from senior practitioners who are known for developing talent, and a platform built around sophisticated work without the institutional friction of large-firm life. The group advises public and private companies, private equity and venture capital funds, management teams, and other market participants on a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements. The practice also counsels clients on transaction structuring, due diligence, takeover defense strategies, corporate governance matters, and regulatory considerations, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to navigate complex deals from inception through closing. Ideal candidates will have: Significant experience M&A and general corporate counseling, with the ability to play a lead role in a transaction. Exposure to public companies and capital markets considered a plus. Large law firm experience is preferred. Base compensation for this role is $225,000–$265,000 plus performance based bonus.
