Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate as an Independent Contractor with our team to address the mental health needs of clients in a hospice center environment.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess emotional well-being and create customized support plans.

• Lead counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to provide psychotherapy tailored to senior clients and their families.

• Incorporate community resources into your treatment plans, ensuring clients have access to necessary support systems outside of therapy.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress using our secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accountability and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on senior clients receiving hospice care, which requires a unique sensitivity to their emotional states and familial circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials, valid in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
