Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their mental health needs.

• Manage the completion of billing, documentation, personalized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulatory standards.

• Develop crisis and safety plans when necessary, alongside relapse prevention strategies and wellness plans that support clients in maintaining stable mental health functioning.

• Create thorough discharge plans that reflect the progress and ongoing needs of clients.

• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and continuing education to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
