Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, identifying their physical limitations and goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique needs and physician's directives.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver therapeutic interventions that may involve manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and functional training.
• Document care plans and patient progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure seamless communication with healthcare providers.
• Engage in collaborative patient care by participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your insights on treatment strategies and patient progress.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families, empowering them with tools to maintain their health and prevent further injuries.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment.
• Achieve performance-based metrics that align with our organizational goals, maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction and care excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, leading to exposure to a variety of cases across different specialties. You will treat individuals facing orthopedic injuries, developmental challenges in pediatrics, neurological complications, and sports-related rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and word processing to manage patient records and communication.
• A commitment to building strong relationships with patients to help them achieve their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits
