Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual intake assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and history.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services tailored to individual client needs, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health support to various client demographics, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. Our client base is diverse, requiring culturally competent approaches tailored to the unique experiences of each individual. You will play a pivotal role in promoting recovery and resilience among clients who seek therapy through telehealth channels funded by schools.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California, enabling you to deliver unsupervised mental health services.

• Two or more years of clinical psychotherapy experience, particularly with adult populations.

• Familiarity with mental health diagnoses, treatment planning, and assessment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

TheraCare offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide health insurance stipend eligibility after a minimum period of employment, as well as a sign-on bonus for new hires.
