Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly clinical supervision to practicum students currently pursuing licensure or those in master’s degree programs, guiding them through their clinical experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• Current, valid licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated professional liability insurance that protects you and your clients.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, equipping you to effectively manage varied client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $65,000 to $130,000, tailored to experience and qualifications.
