Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress and development.

• Maintain detailed, confidential clinical records compliant with HIPAA standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring patient information is safeguarded.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance treatment quality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
