Key Responsibilities\n

As a key member of our clinical team, your primary responsibility will be to provide therapeutic services tailored to the unique mental health challenges of a diverse patient population. Your specific duties include:

• Delivering psychotherapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches suited to each client's preferences.

• Documenting clinical assessments and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and quality assurance standards.

• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate effective treatment strategies.

• Participating in regular clinical case conferences and peer review discussions to share insights, enhance case management, and improve patient care delivery.

Qualifications\n
